Well, pull up cage should be bolted down tomorrow. YES!!!
With that little note be prepared for a bench mark WOD with pull ups.

Back squats

100 double unders (300 singles)
20 kettlebell swings AHAP
10 burpees (yayayay burpees)
10 goblet squats AHAP

YES!!!!

Dude! 6AM rolled with 4 rounds & this was a tough WOD! Double unders after the swings, burpees & goblet squats were rough. 25:03 with 32Kg Kettlebell.
