Turkish get ups - today is the day all that skill work this week is kicking in.

Strength:

Deadlifts

3-3-3-3-3

Stabilizer:

50 burpees

Metcon:

10 min AMRAP

5 strict chin ups
10 turkish get ups - 5 each side AHAP at least try 24/16kg
5 hand release push ups

1 min rest

4 min double unders
