Phew this one was AWESOME!!!!

No really I super duper enjoyed this 64 minutes laater.

50 evil wheels
60 push ups
70 double unders
80 weighted walking lunges
90 KB swings
100 air squats
1 mile run with 20/10LBS (not kilos)
