Double unders

Strength:

Over head squats

5x3

Stabilizer:

50 v-twists
50 old school sit ups
50 leg lifts

Metcon:

20 KB swings 32/24kg
10 goblet squats 24/20kg
10 push ups

*DECREASE your squats and push ups every round till you end at
20 swings
1 goblet squat
1 push up
