Intermediate:

Power clean + hang clean and jerk 5x1+1

Snatch grip deadlifts 5x5
Assess how your back is feeling

Day 3 of our burpee challenge

Metcon:

Beginner to intermediate

30 clean and jerks 60/40kg

Intermediate to advanced

30 snatch 60/40kg
