Back Squats
5-5-5-5-5
snake eyes
10 - 1 arm lunges 1 sit up progress down until you reach 1 - 1 arm lunge 10 sit ups
120KG squats, but only could do 4 reps on the last set. Weak! I don't remember my time for the lunges sit up thing. 3: something. Used a 45 pound dumbell at 25% of my body weight. I like lunges and dont care for squats, but that is probably why I need to do them.
Squats aren' getting much heavier - yet, but the depth is there, so we are progressing! 70kg for squats, did a different version of snake eyes to see how bad it sucked, and it did.
1 arm oh lunge with 35lb db with GHD hamstring raises instead of situps. 8:03

I lost track of where I was in the lunges.
