One month into my crossfit experience and loving it. Well, I did not really love the fact that my throat felt like it was going to bleed today, but other than that...

Just wanted to let you know I sprained/tore some tendons between my knee cap and quadracep so will be healing for a few weeks.

Ill check out the WODs Im missing to cheer me up.
