Ok, so Drew had an adjustment, and I love it. So the 6 o'clock class gets
6 x
5 - 20m sprints/5 burpees after each 20 m sprint
rest 1 min between rounds
Score is your time for each round - combined time works also

what? I thought we did 10x with 30 seconds rest followed by tabatta. Was that a sadist wod or what?
