I think I did it in 16:19 or something close to that. I was surprised by how much my grip and forearms were limiting me in this one.

I got beat by everyone at the 10:00 work out, but I guess that is what happens when you are weak, ugly, and out of shape.

I did choose to go all the way to the floor on each rep though, but that does not change the facts written above.

Jay, I love you!

You really should train more and not be soooo weak. HAHAHAHA

So, I broke my toe in the 7am class demonstrating the wonderful movement, reminder to one self, always wrap your thumb around an ice frozen bar, and use trainer plates so the bar can NOT fall on your feet!

Anywho, I started with full weight and coach Jason yelled at me... Imagine that! Dropped to 25k for the rest of the workout. Done in
7:58 - first time for Randy, and I loved it!

My time was 6 something, I only finished about 5 seconds before Jay AND I only used 15kg!!!!!
so Jay you are NOT weak or out of shape!
