Tabatta Something Else Entirely

Sumo high pulls - 45 lbs
Pull up
Push up
Kettle bell swings
Sit up

20 seconds on 10 seconds off

Performed in a "circuit"

Just remember we LOVE tabattas

Today I kind of just cruised throught the WOD becasue my body is kind of beat down right now. I just went hard enough to get my heart rate up and work up a sweat, and that felt pretty good.

I also swam today. My workout was:
6x50m tech drills (dave taught me some good drills!)
4x100 side stroke (average time was 1:51)
4x50m side stroke (average time was 51)
10x25m side stroke (average time was 25)
2x100m cool down

58 was my low today. 24 kg on high pulls, 20 kg on kb swings.
