Today I kind of just cruised throught the WOD becasue my body is kind of beat down right now. I just went hard enough to get my heart rate up and work up a sweat, and that felt pretty good.
I also swam today. My workout was: 6x50m tech drills (dave taught me some good drills!) 4x100 side stroke (average time was 1:51) 4x50m side stroke (average time was 51) 10x25m side stroke (average time was 25) 2x100m cool down

once again a brutal WOD. Lots of Tabatta. 49 was my low.

Might as well have rested on the pullups and sacrificed those invaluable 3 or 4 reps.
