Heard it was a great weekend in the gym, some great workouts, some great athletes, and an overall great performance by all.

Strength:
Back squats
5-5-5 (add 5 pounds to you last heavy squat) we are on for some serious strength
Push press
5-5-5 (same as above)

Metcon:
30 GHD sit ups
20 pull ups
400m run
30 push jerks 60/35kg
400m run
20 pull ups
30 GHD sit ups
