Middle of the week and I bet you thought we might run huh? Well not today - yesterday was a good run day for all!

Strength:
Power cleans (add 5kg to last lift)
3-3-3-3-3

Weighted chin ups
3-3-3-3-3
If you are using a band, lowest band you can use and 3 sets of max reps

Metcon:
5 x
8 kettlebell snatch right arm
10 burpee kettlebell swings
8 kettlebell snatch left arm
AHAP - as heavy as possible for both movements
