For those of you who decided not to join us in the "fun" of running 6 1/2 to 13 miles today, we have a quick but effivent ass kicking workout for you.
20 of each of the follwoing movements for time :0)
Pull ups
Box jumps
Kettlebell swings
Push ups
Wall balls
Med ball sit ups
Dumbbell thrusters
Burpees (had to finish it this way)
Great Great workout!
