Thanks to Alena and Jason for hosting the certification. A lot of knowledge and skill gained during the 2 day cert. Very knowledgeable trainers from CFE, Carl Borg and Marc Homan. Thank you for the teachings! It is now our turn to teach what we have learned to our fellow crossfitters in our box.
