Mid week - and I don't know about you, but Bugaboo destroyed me. It was worth every second, and every moan and groan today though!
Today we had some skill work and an easier metcon....

Death by (anything with death in it has got to be rough)
Push ups / 20m sprints
1st min = 1 push up, 20m sprint
2nd min = 2 push ups, 40m sprint
and on until you can not complete the allotted amount for that minute
