No press today in strength but we have another great shoulder and upper body movement

5 rounds of max effort with a 2 min rest in between

And as usual briniging up the bottom with my squats at 80kg
8:23 on the metcon @ 75Kg. Those bench presses got heavy QUICKLY! The effects of my time off have become very apparent.
Handstand holds - 1:52, 1:23, 1:00, 1:00, 1:00.
Squats were 100Kg, 120 Kg & 140 Kg (failed on 5th rep at 140 Kg).
Was expecting sore shoulders today, but they feel surprisingly good. : )
Oh christ Travis my chest is killing me - lets see how those Thrusters feel. :-)
