Today was a destroyer of the shoulders day. I mean literally a destroyer!
Strength:
Back Squat
3-3-3-3-3 add 5lbs or 2.5kg from Monday's lift
Bench Press
3-3-3-3-3 add 5lbs or 2.5kg from last weeks lift
Metcon:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Over head squats 60kg/40kg
Hand stand push ups
All I have to say is really????

70 on squats (I know I'm a sissy)
21:40 RX'd on metcon - still every time I do OHS all I think about is the first time Matt and I did them with Drew coaching and how pathetic my squats were, and Matt and I grunting and barely breaking parallel - still not pretty but much better!
Mailed in the squats/bench...
