All right guys - this weekend is the competition! Love to see you all sign up scaled or not, come out support a great cause, enjoy your fellow CrossFitters in the area, and cheer everyone on through a day of fun times!
Now that I have said all the niceness needed - don't let me, Torrey, Ashleigh and Evan be the only ones to support BBCF in the challenge! Now don't get me wrong, we will all win - but it would be great to have more of you! :0)
