OK, so I know I said I was done with the weather earlier this week, but I am so not kidding now...

Strength:
Snatch grip deadlift
3-3-3-3-3
Max rep chin ups x 3 sets

Metcon:
7 x
7 wall balls 20-16lb
7 burpees
7 knees to elbows
7 box jumps 24/20in

This one looks intense and FUN! Remember we love burpees, and explode on the box jumps opening the hips, and chest to the ground on the burpees as well.

And I would lie it noted that I tricked you all on the "endurance" aspect this week - ahahahahahahahah!
