As always two choices for the WOD today...

A. Strength
Back squat
5-5-5-5-5
Push press 7-7-7
Deadlifts
3-2-1-1-1

B.
Deadlifts
5-5-5 (no matter what WOD you choose you have strength deadlifts on Friday's ALWAYS)
then
3 x
15 body weight deadlifts (75% woman)
21 kettlebell swings
400m run
