Beautiful day, time to get some outside workouts in, before it "rains or snows" tomorrow. Really?? Rain or snow - what exactally does that mean? Oh yeah I know - that we live in Reno, Nevada.
Strength:
Back squats

Strict press
5-5-5
Metcon:

AMRAP 20 minutes
Pull ups - as many as you can, as soon as your feet touch the ground you run a 400, then come right back in and do it again.
This is one we have not done in the gym before - I don't know if you could pair two of the moves I struggle/d with.
