Ahhhhh strength is such a great thing, if it is mental you are good, if it is physical you are good - but if it is both of those and strength of character YOU ARE A ROCK!

RX'D
6 rounds 5 thrusters
Did 75kg on front squats
and 70 on bench press (shhhhh I know I am a freak in the fact that I can bench more than I can squat)
Anyone that thinks the thruster is a shitty movement can leave now.
This. Was. Awesome. Lol. Thrusters seemed sooooo freaking heavy, and clapping push-ups were a little...awkward. But all good things in time ; ) And can't complain on new PRs!
Not specific to this workout but wanted to share with this group an experience today that illustrated to me that sharing our knowledge and experience regarding exercise form does require some thouight and sensitivity.
I was trying to finish up the last 5 deadlifts in my set of 30 and a person I had never seen before in the gym came over and began correcting my technique. Since I had no idea of who this person was, only 5 more deadlifts to do, the deadlifts were 70$ of my 1 RM, and I havent hurt myself doing deadlifts for the last 15 months (hurt elbow before that) I figured the safe thing to do was ask them to please not correct me now and finish the set.
Bottom line rather than walk up to someone you dont know and start correcting their technique I'd suggest a more positive alternative be considered to share your knowledge (eg wait until workout is done or if an emergency safety issue run up to the coach and alert them).
