Well it is that time for a test of one of my favorite workouts ever - Fight Gone Bad.
The only difference today is that we are partaking in

5 rounds of
Row - for calories
Wall ball 20/16lbs
SDHP 35/22.75kg
Box jumps 20in
Push press 35/22.75kg
1 minute on each movement, with a 1 minute rest after a complete round (5 mins)
Score total reps for each round
Scale - 3 rounds!

With that said...have a great time everyone! And although I'm missing so much between this week and last, it is ON next week! Lol. Starting on Saturday for the crossfit competition! You guys better get there! It's gonna be awesome!
