Class weekend on Dec 19th and 20th

NO CLASS THIS WEEKEND - we have the Endurance Certification both days.

There is still time and space if you want to join us during the certification this weekend.

Will be an amazing certification and a great time to figure out what or why your times may be lacking when it comes to the endurance aspect of the WOD's!

If you can, you should try to get in this cert. Not only will it improve your CrossFit times but make you a better athlete. I am really excited for this weekend. God knows I need the help with running.

I went to this cert a while back and can honestly say that it was one of the best and most educational certs I have been too. whether you an amazing runner or not so good at running this will improve your technique in ways you would never have imagined! You will get lectures on the anatomy of running, then you will be drilled in the proper technique of running as a skill, then lecture on nutrition in relation to endurance athletes, more drilling, and an overview on how to program for running, swimming and cycling. After this cert my 1.5 mile time on the SEAL PST went down about 26 sec (which is HUGE!)

WOW - what an amazing certification this was. I have been so lucky that in all my certifications we have had AMAZING speakers, and instructors. This cert was not any different. Marc and Carl from CFE were both so fantastic, I can not say thank you enough to them, and pass on the skills to he people of BBCF!
