First let me say - REALLY????

If the PM classes are like the AM classes, your all in a whole lot of trouble. LOL

I swear when I say "endurance" day we are not running a 10k or rowing 10000m every time. In fact, the farthest we have run is 1.5 miles, and we did have a 5K in there about a month back...

Anywho - the weather is gorgeous today for a nice run - so even if you don't make it in here is a great way to get the legs moving, and the heart pumping!

I'm voting not showing the WOD's anymore so this stops :-p. The weathers getting nice people, come and enjoy it with us.

Yeap - well as it stands - they just wont know when the Endurance days are! I have been forced to take action!

The WODs are only to better ourselves. I hate missing ANY of them, even when they include awful movements like burpees, because each movement is meant to make me better at something. And that is my favorite part about crossfit! Is that it ISN'T ever the same! : ) And don't let me fool you with the fact that I participate in so many runs and events like that outside the actual gym...I STILL hate running! Lol. But, I need to get better at it...so the running must continue...

On that note, totally STOKED for tomorrow! See you bright and early! Can't WAIT to see what 7am looks like ; ) Haha.
