2 passes - two foot take off jump overs - orange hurdles
1 pass - burpee hurdle jump overs
Side hurdle jump overs - e/s

Strength:

Clean and Jerk

Build up to 4 singles at 90% of your max

Metcon:

Hang squat cleans - Dumbbells 50/35lbs
HSPU - any modification not on the wall = double
