3 sets of max chin ups
Metcon:
Death by Kettlebells
(sounds bad but it is fun!!!!)
Every minute on the minute heavy swings going up by two per minute.
1 min = 2 swings
2 min = 4 swings
3 min = 6 swings
and on and on until you can not complete the amount of swings per minute.
