Solid day of technique and strength based lifts to finish off our first official week of Olympic lift training.

Over head squats

Snatch

Metcon to finish off the day....

AMRAP in 10 minutes

12 snatch 30kg/18kg
10 push ups

7+2 mecton with squat snatch
didn't really get to snatch as I was snatching the OHS anyway.
