Tabata today - few rough days with some heavy hard metcons. So today we had a good body weight WOD!

Push - ups
Box jumps - 20 inch
Pull - ups
Row - 100m

So 16 mins of 4 movements - 4 mins of 20 seconds on 10 seconds off per movement.

It's a good day - good WOD, stretches us out after yesterdays brutalnes, but got our heart rates up and a few different muscles burning!!!!

GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!!!

Box jumps:13
Pull ups:8
Rowing: All 8 rounds below 100 m (Could not go beyond 100meters for some odd reason)
Penalty: 40 Burpees :)

My arms and shoulders STILL hurt! WOW this tabata royally sucked.

Then warrior yoga that had to have been just as hard as the tabata :-p.

Was shooting for a solid 15 on push ups (till round 5) ended with 10
Box jumps 8
Pull ups 6 (again shooting for 10 and was good till agbout round 5)
Row - brutal! Hit it on 3 of the 8 sprints, sandbagged it on 4,5 and 6 I think. LOL

Great energy in the box today!

Tabata pushups aren't fair. I start off nice & strong, 12+, 12, 10 but then by 7&8, I'm crying trying to get that 5th one off.

Pushups: 5
Box Jumps: 8
Pull ups (kipping): 3~4
Rowing: 78 - 98

10 burpees with Danielle,
10 burpees on my own,
30 burpees with the final group (just for you guys)
