Saturday Full Mission Profile

Regular class times at 9am and 4pm today

FMP at Sports West (yes a globo gym - but we need the pool)
10:30am
Bring swim attire, running shoes, and a strong will and desire to show the "norm" what we CrossFitters DO!!!!!

Can meet at BBCF and follow us over, or at Sports West!

D'OH! I have my nephews birthday party to go to at 10:30. Sad I'm missing this one - it looks like fun!

One of the best Full Mission Profiles ever!

In summary:

500 yard swim, 4- 5 mile run, 160 pushups, 75 pull ups, 45 (50lbs) DB swings, 45 (70lbs) DB thrusters, 30 burpees and a refreshing berry smoothie at the end.

Thanks to Sports West for allowing us to use their facility. That was the first time in almost three years that I had to wear my shirt on for a workout.

Strong work ethic amongst team members!
Excellent job, Alena, Chandler, Scott, Francis!
You guys are the best!

Favorite part: the refreshing 500yd swim
Least favorite part: IT Band cramp during pushups and rowing

Nice job Alena, Mel, Scott, Francis way to push through the pain and finish the FMP! That berry smoothie was amazing I could have sat there and drank them all day!

As always an amazing day with an amazing group of guys! Thank for being there for the 500yd swim and me cussing within the first 100yds. hahaha
